- How are the “5 active artifacts” counted?
- It's the total of non-archived artifacts across the whole workspace. Archiving frees up a slot — nothing is deleted, and you can restore anytime.
- What happens when version history exceeds 2 on Free?
- Older versions are never deleted — they're just locked from viewing. The published version is always accessible. Upgrade to Pro and the full history opens right back up.
- Are reviewers billed?
- No. Anyone who views or comments is free, no matter how many. You only pay per editor — members who can publish or add new versions.
- What is an editor?
- A member who can publish artifacts and add new versions. On Free, everyone you invite joins as an editor. On Pro, you can assign viewer / commenter roles so only the people who need it are editors.
